Consultations

The first 15‑minute consultation is free. It’s perfect for getting the download on your needs and exploring monthly retainers or custom plans. A paid 60‑minute call costs $55 (discounted from $99) and is ideal for one‑off projects or occasional check‑ins—no time is wasted and we dive straight into your project.

Project pricing

Our website tiers and add‑ons are clearly outlined on the pricing page so you can plan with confidence. We require a 50% deposit to begin a project, with the remainder due upon completion. Add‑ons and additional pages are billed as listed. Work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

Plans & retainers

All other services—such as content strategy, ongoing maintenance, brand kits and social management—are offered on a per‑plan basis. Book a free call to discuss a monthly retainer or a custom plan tailored to your needs.

Cancellation policy

Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a call. Deposits for website projects are non‑refundable once work has commenced. We aim to be flexible and will work with you when unexpected circumstances arise.
